To ensure the best possible results, please complete the following prior to the scheduled shoot:

General Preparation

  • All lights on (replace burnt-out bulbs)

  • Ceiling fans off

  • All surfaces cleared of clutter

  • Trash cans removed or hidden

  • Cords and personal items tucked away

Kitchen

  • Clear countertops (leave minimal décor)

  • Remove magnets and papers from refrigerator

  • Hide trash cans

  • Clean appliances

Bathrooms

  • Close toilet lids

  • Remove personal hygiene items

  • Clear countertops

  • Fresh towels neatly folded

Bedrooms

  • Make beds neatly

  • Remove excessive décor or clutter

  • Clear nightstands

Exterior

  • Vehicles removed from driveway and street in front of home

  • Trash bins out of sight

  • Lawn mowed and landscaping tidy

  • Patio furniture arranged neatly

Pets

  • Secure pets during shoot

  • Remove food bowls, beds, toys

Final Walkthrough

Before arrival, do a final walk-through from the front door perspective — what buyers see first matters most.
